Three deep engagements that map our craft end-to-end: one Shopify platform spanning two brands and three regions, a custom CRM build, and a multi-year senior-engineering partnership inside a ten-year SEO platform. Plus the partners we ship alongside.
TBN (US) & MAGU (EU): one Shopify platform, every market.
We built the Shopify platform powering TBN’s US launch: checkout, catalog, ops, the lot. The same codebase is now being adapted to power MAGU’s expansion into new European markets, market by market. MAGU’s home market (CZ/SK) continues to operate on its own legacy backend. That one is theirs, not ours. One platform, multi-brand, multi-region. The most complex engagement we’ve delivered end-to-end.

Storefront, checkout, catalog, fulfilment integrations, and ops tooling, all under one Shopify Plus codebase. Built to a performance budget, with SEO instrumentation and accessibility audited from day one.
MAGU launching market by market on the same codebase.
The platform built for TBN is being adapted for MAGU's expansion into new European markets: pricing, language, tax, FX, and payment localised per market. One operation, many storefronts.
MAGU CZ/SK stays on its own backend: we work around it, not against it.
The home market runs on a long-standing custom backend that isn't ours. Our scope explicitly co-exists with it: no destructive migration, no forced cutover, no risk to a market that's already working.
Ten-phase delivery model, fixed price per phase.
Discovery → Foundation → Storefront → Integrations → Migration → QA → Launch → Stabilise → Expand → Handover. Written acceptance at every gate. The team that scopes is the team that ships. See the 11-phase process for the full arc.
Full Shopify build with a custom CRM wired in end-to-end.
Shopify storefront paired with a bespoke CRM integration. Lead capture, order flow, and operations data flowing through a single owned pipeline — no off-the-shelf middleware taxing every transaction.

Liquid theme that stays editable in the theme editor, performance-budgeted, SEO instrumented, accessibility audited. Code in their repo, in their name.
Bespoke CRM wired directly to commerce — one source of truth.
Lead capture, customer profile, order history, and operations data sync over reliable queues. Idempotent so retries never duplicate. One canonical customer record, both sides.
B2B and DTC unified under one operation.
Sales-rep flows and direct-to-consumer checkout share the same backend — no parallel stacks, no double-keying. Operations team sees one queue.
AI Search Watcher: pipeline engineering inside a 10-year SEO platform.
Multi-year senior-engineering engagement on the Mangools SEO suite, offered through our partner relationship with iTrinity. Mangools is a bootstrapped SEO platform, built since 2014, used by over a million customers worldwide, with KWFinder and the rest of the toolkit at its core. The work runs across the platform, with a clear centre of gravity on the AI side.

Mangools' newer product line, launched in 2025 as the answer to a question every brand has started asking about itself: what is the AI layer saying about us? Google has Search Console; the AI layer has nothing. AI Search Watcher fills that gap, tracking how the major AI models cite, recommend or omit a brand across the prompts that actually matter, and showing the pattern over time.
- Scheduling that coordinates slow, async calls to multiple AI providers
- Grading pipeline that turns subjective model output into comparable signal
- Aggregation that has to stay correct as history grows
- Dashboards and email reports on top
Keyword Gap rebuild + shared infrastructure across KWFinder.
Backend rebuild of Keyword Gap inside KWFinder, plus the shared infrastructure the team uses every day. The distinctive part is that it lives in the harder half of commerce engineering: unreliable upstream APIs, correctness across long pipelines, code that has to age well inside a codebase that's been running for over a decade.
Brought in through iTrinity as senior engineers, treated as in-house.
Contracted under Zavada LLC and brought in via our iTrinity partnership: we're embedded as senior engineers on the platform team, not an outside vendor. Multi-year relationship, ongoing.
Built alongside, or as senior engineers for, these teams.
Most of the deeper work happens with a partner on the other side: marketing leads, agencies, or platform teams that bring us in for the engineering half. The partnerships below produced the bulk of the engagements that aren't standalone Compile builds, Zavada LLC, one of our founders’ own entities, among them.

The rest, in shorter form.
Twenty-five-plus engagements between 2023 and 2026, mostly Shopify rebuilds, custom apps, and senior-engineering rescues. The ones below ship under partner agreements or NDAs that limit how much we can say in writing.
